Agility:

Our Dog Agility Course is free to use as a member, is there only for fun (no competition) and to build confidence, open to all ages, and is run everyday we train (weather dependant). We will show you the ropes then you are free to use the Dog Agility Course as much as you like.

As the photo below shows at Eastern Companion Dog Training’s group classes held at the training centre at Norwood Secondary College in Ringwood we also have a extensive dog agility course.  The dog agility equipment is set up at all of our group class session (except for when it rains, due to safety concerns).  Dog Agility is great for building confidence within a dog and for getting people to work directly with their dog doing something truly fun.  Agility really is great fun for both owner and dog alike. For this reason at Eastern Companion Dog Training we do not use the agility equipment for any competition exercises and there is no minimum Obedience level or age requirement (some rules apply for puppies to reduce potential for injuries) for the use of the agility equipment. The course is free to use at all Training Sessions for all members from puppies to advanced.  Once you are a member you can come to any of our training sessions and use the equipment before and after your other classes as well as between your Obedience class and your Socialisation Class. So if you think that you would like try agility without the pressure to do competition agility or have to wait until your dog is more advanced in it's obedience come down for a your first free session and have a try of our agility equipment.  It really is a great fun way of building confidence and working with your dog.
